UPPSC Syllabus 2021,Exam Pattern & 34 Optional Subjects for UPPSC Mains

The UPPSC syllabus and exam pattern are conducted in Three Stages. The stages of the exam are-

    • Prelims exam- 2 papers
    • Main exam- 8 papers
    • Personality Test

  • The General Studies paper–II (Aptitude) is only qualifying in nature and the candidates need to score only 33% (66 marks) in it to qualify the paper.
  • As per the new UPPSC exam pattern, there will be 33% negative marking for every incorrect answer in Prelims.

General Studies-I
